Preview and download a free atlas example with five PNG inputs before buying the source kit.
Assemble your own PNG images into a sprite atlas, then export transparent PNG and documented frame JSON. Atlas Bench is a small editable source kit for developers who want to inspect and customize the packing code.
Includes deterministic shelf and grid layouts, transparent padding from 0 to 16 pixels, power-of-two height option, frame-rectangle preview and five original example PNGs. Up to 64 PNG images, at most 1024 × 1024 each and 32 MB combined; atlas dimensions up to 4096 pixels. Names must be unique. Importing an invalid batch preserves the current image set.
The ZIP contains HTML, CSS, JavaScript, standalone examples, guide, manifest and reuse terms. Extract it and open index.html. No external fonts, libraries, accounts, analytics or image uploads. Reloading clears the session.
No trimming, rotation, edge extrusion, optimized packing, multi-sheet splitting or engine-specific importer. JSON uses the documented atlas-bench-1 format; integrate the frame rectangles in your own code.
Original code, procedural graphics and documentation made with AI assistance; no third-party artwork. Permission to edit and incorporate in personal or commercial projects; attribution optional. Unchanged kit resale excluded, no exclusive rights promised. Imported images retain their own rights.
Tested in the Codex desktop browser through a local preview server, including a 390px responsive viewport, actual PNG/JSON downloads and source-pixel comparisons. Direct local-file launch, physical mobile devices, other browsers and engine integration are unverified. $4; checkout uses USDC on Solana.
