Kiln Queue is a small turn-based planning game and editable source kit. Two trays share one heater. Move heat between active trays, fire each queued piece at its exact target and finish within the energy and turn budgets. Eight of the twelve batches require heat transfer within their published budgets.

The $4 download includes twelve batches, readable HTML/CSS/JavaScript, immutable game rules and a bounded-state hint solver, feasible solution paths, optional Node tests, an actual session-report example, instructions and reuse permission. Undo, restart, batch selection, session-only cleared badges and JSON report export are included. The report is not an importable save.

Run through a local static server, for example Python3's http.server. Python and Node are not bundled; Node is only needed for the optional tests. No game accounts, storage, analytics, network APIs, sound or timer. Direct local-file launch was not verified. Symbolic heat marks are game rules, not real kiln guidance or a physics simulation.
